This is a great little hotel with a wonderful balcony and view of the lake. The rooms were impeccably clean. Towels and bedding were new and clean. Front desk receptionist was friendly. Just an overnight stay for us as we travel south, but would stay again if we're in the area.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of our stay. Staff was super friendly, room was VERY clean, I mean like spotless clean. The carpet is outdated but if you like charming, this is your place to stay. Reasonably priced, a private patio facing the lake. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

We stay here every time we come to celina the rooms are always so nice and clean and the staff is awesome and we stay there like I said every time we come we love it there. A few too many spider webs on the patio but other than that it's great

This place served as an excellent home base to get away for a couple days and explore the craft breweries in the area. Nothing fancy here, but nothing trashy either. Everything was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Would definitely return; didn't get to enjoy the balcony in winter but that's extra value added to take in the lake during warmer weather.

We have stayed at the West Bank a few times through the years. Price is very reasonable and staff are always friendly and helpful. Arguably the best view in Ohio. Where else can you open your curtains, lay in bed and watch the sun rise over a lake. Every room has that view. Rooms are within 100' of the lake edge. We enjoyed watching white pelicans and eagles on this trip while we had our morning coffee. In our top 3 lodging favorites. We will be back. Celina also has nice dining options nearby.

We stayed here 2 nights over easter weekend and it was a great stay. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly, they did respond to our call when we had questions and we got to talk to a real person, not just a recording. The location was beautiful and we had a great view from the window. We will definitely be staying here again!
